Blue Sky Monday

The sky is robin's egg blue today.

Apparently american robin's eggs!!

Still it pulled me out to look for snowdrops.

And there they were..... always around by our daughter's January birthday.

...and then a little further and on into the herb garden...always good to see

life returning to the chocolate vine covering the wood shed...

...the grape vine has been trimmed as it spreads over
the love seat at the bottom of the path...
...and bamboo from Ben's old Penketh garden has produced some new soft green shoots.

...a low morning sun caught the beauty of this ceramic garden pot by Alan with the little plant
self heal falling over the edges.

Just a mid January garden search...next to look for the christmas roses behind the old tool shed.....
...always an exciting moment...after snowdrops!!

  1. What an absolutely beautiful ceramic pot. My Christmas rose is deeply in bud but no sign of a snowdrop yet.
