A Poem for Thursday.

July 31  2011

White convolving trumpets
overcoming hedge and tree.
Shouting in bright chorus,
A band of infinity.

Interlacing
Strident spires of pink.
Adding depth
To the symphony.

Loud drum clash of yellow
Breaks up
Their
Pomposity.

  2. Dave ...thankyou for the kind comment...and so glad that you had good memories of Morecambe!
I did think that I might remove the poem as I wasn't too sure of it...you know how sometimes you lose courage over things!
